Payment is in Canadian dollars, due at the time of purchase. International orders are accepted with conversion to Canadian currency. Major credit cards are accepted and processed through stripe.
Taxes will be applied within Canada in accordance with your province.
Orders are shipped via Canada post, and you will be provided with a tracking number upon shipment.
Original pieces are subject to a signature from recipient upon collection, in which photo ID must be provided.
Orders take up to 5 days to process and to ensure proper packaging for shipping.
Once shipped delivery times vary but are estimated to be:
3-7 business days within Canada
3-15 Business days US
1 week- 30 days Internationally
It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure a correct and accurate mailing address is provided. Jaydlyn Joan is not responsible for replacement or refunds of mis-delivered or lost packages due to incorrect shipping information.
Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs due to addressing errors.
Some countries do not allow the import of wood products from other countries. Please familiarize yourself with your countries import policies before ordering. Customer will not be refunded on the shipping costs if the parcel cannot be delivered to their country.
Jaydlyn Joan is not responsible for any costs incurred by customs, import fees, duties, additional taxes, brokerage or any other fees associated. Additional costs and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refusal at customs and the return of the item will hold the customer responsible for shipping costs and will not be refunded.
All packages are shipped from Rossland BC.
Items are packaged properly and presumed to have reached the customer in good condition. If noticeable damage is found upon collection from the post office, customer must refuse the parcel so it can be returned for assessment before redelivery.
Any noticeable damage to the item upon receiving must be photographed immediately and reported to Jaydlyn Joan.
Jaydlyn Joan is not responsible for refunds based on damages after the customer has received their pieces.
This includes but not limited to:
Damage from dropping
Damage from spills or food
Scratches from handling
Fingerprints from handling
Stolen while under your possesion
Fading due to prolonged UV exposure
Items are sent with care instructions for the pieces.
All wood burned or pyrography art is subject to the possibility of fading over time. This is due to a natural chemical reaction within the wood itself, and can happen regardless of finishes applied. Finishes will help delay the process and protect the piece, but some finer details and colours may become less defined and less noticeable over the years.
All sales are final, within reason. Customer satisfaction is important and the pieces should go somewhere they are appreciated, so contact me and we will work something out. Please take care to view photos of the products before purchasing, and acknowledge the actual size of the pieces.
I upload many photos of the product, however details and and colours may differ slightly from your computer screen to the real product. Please be aware there can be slight colour and quality differences between the two.
Return inquiries must be addressed within one month of receiving the product.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returns, and is responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged to be shipped safely for returns. Lost or damaged return items are the responsibility of the customer and you will not be refunded until I receive the product back in good condition.
Jaydlyn Joan originals shall not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, reprinted, or distributed in any way.
